Latasha’s Kitchen offers a wide range of friendly, informative classes specialising in cooking with spices. Reflecting many regional cooking styles, classes are held in purpose-designed cooking facilities at Latasha’s Kitchen in Leederville.
There are two types of classes offered at Latasha’s Kitchen:
which examine a wide range of essential cooking skills, methods and techniques through practical cooking exercises and dish preparation. Offered on Monday and Tuesday for beginner or advanced level cooks, these highly-enlightening four hour classes are conducted by Latasha Menon in the Wet Kitchen.
